From the comments thread on YouTube:
"Contact your Ural dealer. Mine was under warranty, I honestly don't know what their policy for sending these is going to be or at what cost. I personally think they should ship them to anyone that has a 2014 to 2018 and asks (AT LEAST to any original owner that asks) for free."

I agree that they should be free to all 2014-2018 EFI owners. The fix sounds like an after the fact "a hah" we should have done that before moment.

Re: ECU Snorkel
I contacted Jason at Ural:
“The barometric pressure sensor port located on the ECU cover was designed to be water proof however for riders using their Urals year-round, especially in adverse weather conditions the sensor can potentially leak. PK IMZ will honor installation of the protective snorkel on all 2017-2018 model year Urals under warranty. Dealers are instructed to install the protective snorkels during initial assembly or during a normal service interval for all 2017-2018 models."
"The pressure sensor protection snorkels are also readily available for customers who wish to purchase them. Pressure sensor protection snorkels are sold individually using factory PN: 56313 and can be ordered from any authorized Ural dealership or service center."
Please contact your dealer for inquire about the snorkels.

Re: ECU Snorkel
I reached out to Ural using the "contact us" tab on the website. I have been trading emails with Tyler Blakely and he told me that I would have to take it to my dealer to see if it would be a warranty claim. I just sent him another email to see if they will just send me snorkel and I'll handle the installation since I do all of the work myself anyway.

Re: ECU Snorkel
Last week I took my rig up to Smothers Brothers, Des Moines, and they installed the snorkels for free while the rig was parked in front of their shop door- took about an hour. Apparently it is a "dealer-installed" item if you bought the bike there.
