How to attach pictures to your posts & replies....

Post by JohnBG » Thu Jul 19, 2007 2:29 pm

The ne picture attachment "mod" had been installed on the forums and you can now attach pictures to your posts & replies. I have tested it and it works great!

When you start a new topic or post a reply to a topic, right beneath the box that you tpe the message into is an attachment pane.

Just hit the "Browse" button next to the Filename box and select the file you wish to attach from your local machine.

Enter a comment (desription) of the picture if you like in the "File Comment" box.

Then click the "Add Attachment" Button.

Viola! You have added an attachment to your post! 8)

Hey John,

I followed your instructions but when I get to the part about add attachment I get "file to big",
Just using the regular pix uploaded from my Mac (iPhoto). It's on my end I know but if you can keep me from having to go to the Apple Store for free advice where I surely will buy some little thing that I don't need it would be helpful.

Help! There's no attachment panel at the bottom of the reply box. So how do I attach a pic?

You can't do it from the Quick Reply box - must go to Full Editor.

How long are beard and hair meanwhile, or you need still more chemos?
Would love to see you was zzt-wizzard.

For you its better to start at minute 3, want to keep you healthy. :P

Charleston is insane: minute 24 onwards

I guess I have seen a leaner there.

Hey John...I just tried to post a photo. Even in full editor, all I see is Image 1. I think the file may be too big, but there's no indication of that. Can you look at it under 'Jim Kweskin Jug Band fans'
