“John can't fix it, only the people who wrote the code.”

Thanks for stating the obvious. However, John is the go between and the face of the SS forum. He’s the one that needs to get the host to correct their problem

Looks like it worked. Now all y'gotta do is press the "Place Inline" button to get rid of the ATTACHMENTS white border.

Is there a special trick for to post photos from I-CLOUD so that you can see them in decent resolution?
copy-paste
Image
=blank

upload from save as:
marble-icloud-test-save-as-incomp.png
=garbage

copy-link:
https://share.icloud.com/photos/06wXIYr ... gbLe-wB67A
=link to icloud with decent pixels, but no view on forum.

upload via email:

I'd really appreciate help on this Mac versus Windows fight, as the same idioty happens on other forums too. To me I-Cloud so far has been a total loss of time for the last 8 month. With Linux it is slow but works, but my Linux laptops got pensioned now.
Thank you in advance.

What device are you using? I use iPhone, if I upload I select the picture from Photos. However it will need to be resized if iPhone took the photo. (Too big.) To resize it I email it to myself (well another of my email addresses), using the image resize option in the process. Then go to same email in the Sent mails, hold finger on photo, then select save to Photos. Then I can upload that, by selecting it in Photos.

I try not to use iCloud much as it never seems to behave how I want. :(

Mike, I use an iphone7 or old ipot-touch, they automatically send to icloud. With sending from the iphone to email, that did work, but involves a lot of time and steps. So my hope was to handle things from icloud as server.....as acourding to Apple would be THE time saver....No :!: garbage, it does exactly like you confirm...nothing but BSing your time and gives bad results. :bs:
Or is there some other trick we both still do not know.
Thanks for the answer
