I am just fine changing castrol 20-50 4T often in the motor, has anybody put 20-50 full synthetic in the gearbox? If so what was the results?

I have one of similar vintage and have contemplated several times using synthetic but have not done it. Based on what I read on this forum the biggest downside is increased leaks. Mine leaks what I consider to be a normal amount and I don't want to see an increase.

My gearbox doesn't leak at all, was looking to see if things shifted smoother, ran cooler if anybody noticed and differences

When I switched to this in the transmission (along with the engine) on my 2015 cT, I noticed an improvement in shift smoothness.

It's still a crappy Russian transmission, but it seemed to slide into gears a bit easier.

I don't know where you got THAT idea. No, I waste money by changing out this quality product every 5,000km. I should probably buy cheap oil and save some cash, but I do enjoy the improved shifting.
