Ok so got the new parts from Terry. Watched the videos on how to get the rod to seat into the square hole. Think I have the rod seated and inserted the bearing. Put the slider in and it doesn’t seem like it is going on far enough. It’s so tight that I cannot get the lever back on without removing the wire. Wire off and no way am I going to get it back onto the lever. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The easiest way to do this is to remove the clutch cable and put it back on...you can give it a ton of slack with the adjustment nuts.

Any updates to this? Curious to see if you have gotten your rig back on the road.

I have not. Big surprise there...
