Riding the MABDR

Post by mike86uvm » Wed Oct 09, 2019 3:17 pm

My wife and I plan to ride Section 5 of the MABDR on Saturday, 10/19, from Shepherdstown, WV, to Mt. Holly Springs, PA. Looks like one of the easier stretches of the route. Has anyone ridden other sections? Eventually, I'd like to do the whole thing, and wondering if there are sections that might not be ideal for a sidecar?

Anyway, we're leaving from The Bavarian Inn, around 10, if anyone feels like joining up there, or at some point along the route.

Best of luck with your MABDR trip. Sounds like fun. I like your approach and doing portions of it. Some of the MABDR looks rocky and not sure how doable it might be. When I worked in MD for some years I had friends who worked at the Bavarian. Sounds like a good starting spot :)
