well I have been AWOL here on the forum for quite a while, but it turns out this rally will be in my own county so you can bet I will be there with out without my rig! Welcome to the county/city Van!

By chance any updates?

After the rain this week (almost 4 inches), it is going to be a relief to be able to get out this weekend.....

Van, Why on Earth are you apologizing???

After the contributions you make to this community?

I am glad that you have moved to this area - great to have you for a neighbor - even if it is 200 miles away....the very fact that you have offered your facilities as a "refuge" for us is generous beyond words.

When the time arises - I'm sure there are many of us to help making YOUR event a success.

I’ll be better prepared to go next year anyway. I retire in August! :boogie:
Did you buy that bike over in KC? Seemed like “possibly” a good deal.

We bought the farm on a hand shake, it was nerve wrecking after they (lawyer) lost the deed. I could not do anything to the land/farm.
We now just got the deed! Now I can start build motorcycle camp.
Please stand by, it will happen

It seemed like a great deal. Hoping for minor issues with the bike, although I suspect you can handle anything.
I’m up by St Louis, but I’ll ride further than a trip to Ava for a beer. I’m still not confident enough in my Ural for a long trip. We bought a small farm about 90 miles north of St Louis. It’s been a great experience. Our first major project was putting in a 1 ac pond, and filling it full of fish. I hope to ride the T up there in the next few weeks. This time of year, there’s a lot of mowing to keep up with. Tractor time is therapy, but. It as good as riding a bike..

Coming hot and heavy on rainy day at the farm, got stuck.
Problem solved.
