Re: C.R.A.P. 2019
Clyde, thank YOU for giving tours of your Ural-friendly toy hauler. You've got me and the missus watching Grey Wolf 19RR YouTube videos, plotting and scheming.
Laird, I enjoyed your chair-flyin' antics! I've got a blue high-beam indicator, if you still need it. Just PM your address to me and I'll ship it out when I get back to my Gordonsville home in a week or two.
Ken, if you're reading this, I found my fairing brackets, except for one critical piece! When I get back to my G'Ville house, I'll resume the search and get the brackets to you. Glad you could make it to the rally!

Re: C.R.A.P. 2019
Had an awesome time. Thanks to all the Volunteers - The tech sessions, the cooks, the behind the scene people, you are the ones that make it great and I appreciate you. I have never been to a CRAP and had a bad time. This one was a god one for sure.
My journal of the ride.... It was still light out as we rolled out of camp, The smell of Burnt 20W-50 hung in the air like a cheap perfume. The roads were clear of cars and obstructions, except that one County Officer (Deputy Sheriff) that rolled into the middle of a busy road and turned his blue lights on and stopped traffic for us so we could stay together, I thought "$#!+ like this only happens on a URAL.." Dinner was good, the company was better. We laughed and shared the stories that make owning a Ural fun. We all departed dinner and made our way back to the camp. The fire glowed and the refreshments flowed.
Thanks all for another great time.

Can someone tell me who the Ural Rider with the Black Ural with the tire mounted under the sidecar is? We stayed Sun nite and a gentleman knocked on my van looking for him. I have an important message to pass on.
Thanks,
Dave

Thank you all who organized this event! As a 1st time / brand new attendee, I could not have had a better experience. All my new friends are great, the food awesome, all the tech and maintenance experience that was shared was nothing short of phenomenal. Had a 1st class time!

Mike just left my house. PM me the info and I will give him a call.
Re: C.R.A.P. 2019
Just while this is fresh in everybody's mind, I have decided to kill the group ride. Next rally I will break it up into 3-4 different rider groups one of which will be off road. Also will have the option of remaining back at the campsite and doing an extended tech session. More to follow. Thanks everybody for attending.

Wish I could have made it, may be the next one.
Dog is walking though, that's a good thing.
My bike problem may be resolved too, more to follow.

Re: C.R.A.P. 2019
I just made it home from my extended stay in the western part of the state. Wanted to thank everyone who attended for the great hospitality from the time I arrived until Sunday morning when I hit the road west. Food and company was fantastic as were the "technical experts" that gave of their time to share their maintenance experience with us. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
