adv rider is a precious resource

Post by seth » Sun Dec 30, 2007 10:05 pm

looked on advrider last night after a few folks mentioned it at the bike show. spotted a local ride and met up with a few guys.
here's the low down from one of the guys on adv

it was perhaps 60 miles of street with some hairy off roading. one trail was too tight and i had to turn back.
beautiful day for a ride, had alot of fun. I'll post some pics of my trashed bike.
the adventure package came in handy in the deep sand.

i think one of the guys on the ktms has a few action shots. unforyunatly i don't know how to get intouch with them. I'm having trouble getting registered on advrider. I hope he posts them on that thread.
I've gotta invest in some gear. they had gps, communication, cameras, all the goodies.

Not to be mean or anything, but could you pass on to your KTM buddy that he should stay on the trail... too many riding area's are being threated by the tree huggers because of behavior exhibited in some of those action shots... hey, I like to jump my bike as much as the next guy, but find a hill on the trail to do it...

Just my two cents worth...
