Max, glad to know that you can reach him - he has some nice stuff - he did send an email and pic with the shipping receipt - can't wait to see the finished product in person.

Re: your bike - VERY NICE! Would like to see it when you get the original engine installed - how much difference in power is there with the 650?

@Sergei

I'm interested in the small rack pictured below. It's evident in the first post in this thread, but absent from your eBay store (https://www.ebay.com/sch/ural-tech/m.ht ... pg=&_from=).

Can the rack be mounted on a Ural that has the factory Enduro bench seat installed? If so, please advise as to price and where to purchase. I'm in the U.S. Thanks!

+2 I'd also be interested in the price and where to purchase if these are still available.

Thanks! :)

Friends, are doing now here's the trunk,it will have 6 attachment points to the wing, the trunk will be the length of 40 inches, using 16mm pipe, wall thickness of 1.5 millimeters. Comfortable and lightweight the trunk to the rear fender of your motorcycle Ural. What do you think about that?

Unfortunately, Sergei seems to have taken a break - I ordered my rack from him over 2 months ago, but the last communication with him via ebay and the official channels was last week - supposedly it is "in the mail"....more to follow....he appears to have some quality products, but if he is not a consistent source it may be an issue.

EDIT - Received a message from him very early this AM - appears that he has shipped my rack -

***note*** In his defense there were some "fitment issues with a newer model trunk". - so, if all goes well, I should receive it in 2 weeks or so - pics to follow....
UPDATE - Left Moscow 3 JUL processed thru USPS NYC 20 JUL.....getting closer...

Made it this morning - ordered 26 April, delivered 27 July - the package took a beating, but the rack made it through a beating without chipping.....

EDIT - will require a bit of tweaking on the lower (rear) pair of tabs to fit, but not too bad.....overall very well made

So how is it? Did you like the parts? That took forever to arrive, normally few weeks...

Mracer - great ga. steel and paint is outstanding - I haven't placed it on the bike to date - am going to attempt it this weekend. Pics forthcoming when I give it a shot.

Edit - (11 AUG)
Overall now that I have had more time to measure - fitment is off more than originally thought, on the up side, cosmetic appearance, weld locations (very clean) and finish are #1
Took a quick look to place it on this afternoon - the top 2 bolts (closest to seat) are spot on, but the lower pair are still +/- 15mm off - will need to heat them up to bend. I'm just not chancing that the welds will hold if I attempt it cold.
