I have ordered from them a couple of times and both instances were good. Got what I wanted as advertised, however the delivery time was pretty slow. Given the current pandemic you might be waiting a while. Depending on what you are looking for, you might try a stateside vendor like Terry Crawford, Holopaw Gene or Heindl

Hi Tom, welcome aboard.

I've ordered from them as well, and yes, wait time was a 'problem' ( I'm impatient type ).

What are you looking for? Somebody is always selling something, or looking for stuff in the "Black Market" and "Gray Market" forums.

What are you riding? (add that to your 'signature' line).

No, I never ordered anything from their site. On the contact page of the site, they wrote they speak Russian only. Is it true? Or I am at a wrong site?

tom, I updated your subject line to something related to the topic. "info" is just too vague for the thousands of posts we see here.

Also, if you decide to order from Russian Garage in the future, do so with confidence. I've ordered from them many times without issue. The only drawbacks are the long wait for the shipment to arrive and that they only stock 650 Ural parts (and some limited Dnepr inventory).

By updating your signature line with your bike's model and vintage, you give readers context about your posts, which helps give answers that apply to your specific situation. Please update it at your earliest convenience.

Only 650 parts? Someone please tell me that all those oil filters I just ordered from them fit both 750/650, if not I will have several to distribute among the 650 riders out there.
there is no problem so complex, nor situation so dire, that its solution can not be found in the skillful application of high explosives.

Some parts, such as your oil filters, are common to the 650 and 750 Urals, so you're fine with that order. Beware, though, that 750 Urals are NOT Russian Garage's target demographic.

Now might not be the best time to do it.
I ordered a couple of things from Russia in early March, but they haven't left Russia yet.

Yes, my current Russian Garage order is taking noticeably longer than usual.
