New ural for me!

Post by HMRHEAD » Sat Apr 27, 2019 7:33 pm

Howdy! New to y'alls site. We, my wife and I, are looking to purchase a new 2019 ural gear up. We love camping, trail riding, etc., plus I'm looking to have some fun. Motorcycles of Charlotte is my closest dealer. I have lots of questions that I was going to ask the dealer, but getting afore hand knowledge would be great.

Good for you, and you're making an excellent choice. I picked up new 2019 Gear Up yesterday and now have 136 miles on it. I love it. However, upon arriving home I found that the tires were woefully underinflated. Tip: check tire air pressure before leaving the dealership.

Search this forum for comments on that dealer.
Several forum members have shown that their Ural support and customer service are subpar.

The quality of your chosen dealer will have a huge impact on the quality of your experience from day one.

Check fluid levels, air pressures etc... before leaving. Check all fasteners after the first 100 miles or so at least once.

Ride and enjoy, let us know if you head through middle GA anytime soon.
