Hi Jon - there's a handful of us here in Hillsborough Co - four of us within about three miles out near Valrico. Happy to let you take my 2011 for a spin and show you the ropes. Shoot me a PM. We are running up to Z-hills Saturday morning (7/28) via 301 and eating breakfast at the Sugar Shack. Welcome to join us - I'll probably be the only one riding hack. PM me if you're interested. Doug

Doug has been really pleasant to speak with, so I hope to be able to see what it's like to wrestle that monster around!

Have fun. I’m sure you’ll love it.

Haven’t got a chance to ride one myself yet :( Supposedly there is a Ural running around Lake City here.... but I have yet to see it.

Had a guy stop by on a Ural Classic yesterday (I work at Tampa Harley-Davidson)! Black with pin-striping. Looked damned good! I told him about the forum and about Gene in Holopaw. Nothing like getting the bug to bite me again. . .

Florida folks. Check out the Black Market section of the forum. 2 bikes in Georgia are for sale. Might be able to get a deal, learn from a knowledgeable owner and have a killer road trip home?!?
