Hack fender is a 9” trailer fender from tractor supply...like $60. I think they sell a 7” fender as well, which would be suitable for a stock Ural.

Jeez, looks much better than the stock OEM. For as many times I've hit something on the trail and brought the fender back to life with a hammer and Hockey Puck... when that can't happen that's the way to go. Perfect solution for someone whose fender has rusted away to nothing as well.
