Urals are an anachronism.

Screen + full face every time. Why? Mainly for the weather protection, this is England after all.
But also I've had prescription spectacles since I was 16 and the basic prescription is quite complicated, latterly made more so by additional age related issues, hence expensive. Apart from which, or as well as, I have had stones chucked up by trucks I'm following, one time it cracked the visor!

And then there's always the occasional Kamikaze bumblebee or wasp.

Half Hemet with built in shield that covers to about my nose. I have a windshield but do not use it. The sidecar has a windshield.
My next helmet will be a full face helmet which is what I have always worn previously The noise with the one I currently wear is hard to take. I had a windshield on my Honda Magna and on the Ural. I've never been able to get used to the buffetting. As tiring as it is, I also like the way the wind feels.

Memphis Shades Malibu windshield on Ural wearing half, 3/4 or full face helmet with mc safety sunglasses. Windshield is for protection from wind and particles hitting your torso

and also, not to get tired after a long trip.

Goggles with my Brit Davida Porridge bowl, for general year round comfort, a jet style with fully adjustable flip shield. Hot weather a Asian Porridge Bowl Scooter helmet with flip shield.
Since I wear glasses - I purchased a couple of pairs of Titanium Safety bifocal Glasses, Have an indoor pair, & Outdoor with Transition Lenses - so I can open my face shield - at low speeds on hot days & still have eye protection.
WARNING: NOT FOR EVERONE - I KNOW - so don't try this yourself.

No screens. Arai XD4 full face without the visor / roost deflector. I like the look of it on, but with no screens it’s more functional without it.
I throw the sidecar screen on when the wife rides, but the rig handles much better without it.
I have a half helmet and goggles as well. I’ll use it occasionally, but I prefer my full face.

Why you didn't offer the option of wearing a helmet with goggles? In my opinion, the helmet is the best option. Windshield hesitates a little especially when it is not clean enough.

If I was doing freeway riding I'd have full face but 90% of the time I'm doing 25 MPH through town so brain bucket with goggles for me. I had the windshield on when I got the bike from MonkeysUncle but I didn't like it. Plus with the windshield on, the airflow was blowing my beard up in front of my eyes.

Full face modular helmet
- I've broken a bicycle helmet while sliding upside down on the top of my shoulder and the helmet
- I've had several set of stitches in my head prior to wearing helmets (Bicycles)
Windscreen
- Nov-Mar: Plexstar 2 - helps to manage temperature.
