injured fellow rider

Fellow rider and Soviet Steed member and contribute, Sam Allen of Wilmington, NC was in a bad accident on his Ural last week He has vertebrae damage, broken collar bone, punctured lung, concussion and many scrapes and bruises It was a single veh accident he rode off the road on his Ural . He is in ICU on a ventilator but is responsive . He is expected to make it but will be mending for a long while Please have your prays and thoughts with him and his Wife. Arch Jones friend and ridding buddy for many years

Hang in there, Sam. Doing what the medical experts tell you will make your recovery quicker and easier. But being a Ural owner proves you don't do what the "crowd" tells you to do.
Hope you are back on the road quicker than you expect.

thanks for your words of support for Sam he is 70'years old former Marine He and i ride our bikes his Ural and my Dneper MT 11 several times a week Im retired LEO 34 yrs and Sam is made of beef jerky and rides on many motorcycle trips We call our gang the Sons of Arthritis thanks for your support for him and his wife
