That's Burt1713's new rig. It's all KINDS of custom! Don't judge a factory stock cT based on his Franken-creation.
I saw that rig with the moose and immediately thought of muhs and wondered if it was going to him!

Don't know if he'll see this, but I love the new rig burt1713 and glad to see you getting another, hope you are doing well and hope the rig brings you joy!
Thank you.

After riding my 2017 for a little while, I like the speedometer upgrade. There are two things that need to be improved though. The tachometer function is not enabled and the indicator lights are not bright enough to be seen in daylight.

Have you gotten inside the headlight housing yet? I'm so curious about what it looks like in there now!

I'm disappointed the tach isn't enabled. That seems really short sighted to me but then again, I'm new to Urals :D Guess I'll continue looking into adding an aftermarket tach to mine instead of a retro fit. I did read a comment about the new speedo that said it didn't bounce around so there is that.

Is it still a cable running up from the gearbox to the bucket?

No, nothing mechanical just a sensor on the output shaft.
