we will finally be able to use that random tach signal wire just rattling around in the headlight bucket.
Meh. You don't need that little wire...

It won't be plug and play.......ie a speed sensor and wiring will have to be installed, but it should be a nice upgrade when the kit comes out.

Especially for those of us with 2014 or newer rigs.........we will finally be able to use that random tach signal wire just rattling around in the headlight bucket.
I may do it eventually depending on price, just not sure about dealing with the odometer and transferring those miles or km over, especially for resale and title purpose and avoiding an odometer discrepancy.

I wonder if a dealer or service center would be able to reprogram the odometer to the correct mileage, idk, too far down the road yet anyways.

The online owners manual lists the tachometer functions as inactive. I guess we'll see.

Wow... I don't know if I could handle a speedo that not only indicated just one speed at a time but was visible at night also. Now we're just getting spoiled.

sign me up for one of those kits!

Which reminds me....I got to see the pilot who had a jet engine attached to the bottom of his Waco biplane at Sturgis one year....wow...what a ride that must've been!
