I did a quick look at Raceways site. I didn't see the engine guard with the brace listed as an accessory but somethings weird about their accessory page anyway. They don't seem to have a lot listed.

They do however have the braced guard listed with attachment to their footrests.
JEEZ, very expensive at $1500.00. I buy most of my 2 wheelers for less than that. I think this is their own in-house version.

Must have been a different dealer? It's not that unique.

I found one on UralNW's page for $250. Seems it was around $93 back in 2011 from reading some old posts here, and there was mention of Holopaw having them too. When I get to that point I will give Gene a call.

Although in the summer these are usually green slime, and take out a lot of two wheelers, me included.

This wasn't today, it was last Sunday,

Any of you Uralers close enough to attend these pine rides are missing out on some great off road riding if you're not coming out.
Might be some more in between but the next big one is the Spring Jersey Devil Hunt, watch the upcoming rides and rallies board.

Today I'm running the Gear Up through the woods over to Lucille's for lunch, leaving in a couple of minutes.

Happy trails,
Jaybird

I cut, crimped and made-up some 1/32 airplane wire safety-cables to make sure these Lens doodads don't get lost when I hit something.
One was a little loose after hitting a small tree in the Pines last weekend.

Let's just call it a large "Shubbery". How can you avoid hitting anything in that place?

Got my youngest monkey her very first helmet. She took a test sit and is ready to go ..... except she wants me to make a door for the sidecar. Guess I’ll add that to the list

A few days later (the run happened on Saturday) Goes to show how versatile a Ural is! It also marked one-year of piloting a hack
