Certainly some interest from me, but you're on the opposite coast.

Good luck with selling your awesome rigs.
Howdy timbillyosu,

Three words come to mind, "Fly and ride" been there, done that. Yes, I would trust either of the rigs I have for sale to ride coast to coast.

Re: Is there any interest, 2008 and 2013/14 Gear Ups, WA State

Always interested but need another Ural sidecar like a hole-in-the-head. However I just wanted to say "Hey Mr. Cob" and glad to see a post from you, long, long time. Hope you and family are safe & well? How did things work-out with that fancy 4-wheel off-road contraption? GLWS too Howdy stagewex, I...

Re: Is there any interest, 2008 and 2013/14 Gear Ups, WA State

there is some sort of demonic force that has me strapped when stuff like this comes along. A friend has been after me for years wanting my 72 ford pu. I could not let it go. It is now a race to see if he can get the money to me before the 2008 gets snatched up. LOL Howdy jvan1954, I really don't wa...

2008 Gear Up, $5,500 WA State, SOLD

Howdy All, Ilya, is trying to get me on a newer Ural but before I can do any kind of deal with him I have to thin my herd of Urals. This is the 2008 Gear Up, that I did the circumnavigation of the entire USA on in the summer of 2008. This bike now has 26,547 klicks on it. photo taken just a few minu...

Mr Cob, I concur, probably a lot of fun! Chain saw standard load out for a Ural?....I can't talk, had one on my Ural for Hurricane Michael...I suspect snow a lot more fun! Dave - Glad you're still with us. How's the rock crawler doing? Howdy Hal, I still have three Ural's; The Predator, the 2008 that I did the circumnavigation of the USA on and the 2014 that IMWA gave me to test parts on, "SPOILER ALERT" there is a very good chance that I will be documenting installi...

Re: Which Members have Youtube channels?

Howdy All,

Lots of Ural-a-ling videos taken years ago when few folks knew what a Ural was, haven't posted much for years, I have many hours worth of video just to darn lazy to edit it and post it up, I am NOT tech inclined.

Re: 2020 Special Edition Sui-sidecar.

this is the main idea of my "Predator" and how it came to be, the meanest, ugliest, most hard core Ural that I know of. Anyone ever buy the Predator off of you or is it still for sale? Howdy Chad, I had a couple of people contact me but nothing serious, just because its not a shiny rig folks think ...

Re: 2WD questions

Howdy All, The type of snow, ice, mud, wet hard surface will ALL determine how well the two wheel drive will work, but in my opinion MORE important is rider experience on HOW to drive the machine, throttle control and shifting of weight. Re: 2WD questions

Last winter it snowed a couple of inches. Good, I am going to try out my 2wd Patrol in the snow. Regular tires no studs. It was OK but I did not have superior traction. In fact I was reluctant to take it down the hill for fear of getting stuck. I took note of the steering while in 2wd. It plows ahe...

Re: 2WD questions

Howdy All, This question comes up so often that years ago I wrote this tutorial. How to shift into two wheel drive while moving……… Use this information AT YOUR OWN RISK. Long before I bought the after market two wheel drive shifter from Jim at Raceway, I had extended the stock two wheel drive shifte...

Re: 2020 Special Edition Sui-sidecar.

Howdy All, Watching these videos reminds me of the ingenuity of the Russian people, how they can start with next to nothing and make something useful out of it. Years ago when I had the honor of helping Sergey, build the first prototype of what would become the Ural solo bike I marveled at how he wo...

If you want to do recessed bolts, let me know, I have a whole bag of them and matching nylock nuts. Then we can both chuckle when Dave gets hung up by his skid plate bolt heads. :P Howdy All, I have yet to be stopped by the bolt heads on my skid plate, been using it for over 14 years in every type ...

Howdy All

We are now boondocking about 7 miles north of Quartzsite, we will be in the Quartzsite and Yuma areas until the end of March.

I didn’t bring a Ural this time but would like to meet up with folks who do come to the area
