cap on top of motor came loose were oil pump gear fits Yep my dealer rebuilt a motor for someone couple of years ago, exact same thing cap unscrewed and came off, which means gear lifts up so oil pump stops. Engine trashed. Consequently he glues that cap down with Silcoset, is part of his PDI on ne...
