Re: Left Valve cover leak?

Thanks all. I was surprised that the cover bolt came loose. Also glad the rig let me know I was gonna lose the cover by pi$$ing oil everywhere. Got some replacement cork ones on the way and going to use some Hylomar Blue to help keep the gasket in place when I refit. As it looks a real pain otherwis...

Oil leak - left Valve Cover

Hello Noticed I have a bit of a leak on the left. Think its coming from the valve cover. A quick check with a 12mm and I would say the bolt was not tight (2016 Tourist). Question is do I just tighten it up and hope for the best? Don't want to crack the cover. If I take the cover off can the gasket b...

Sidecar Brake advice please

Hello All I changed the brake pads on my 2016 Patrol, all round. On the sidecar I then bled the brake lines. Happy with the rear and the front. I use a vacuum pump to draw the fluid through. What I have noticed is that the rear footbrake did not seem to draw brake fluid through the line to bleed the...

Re: Police Solo Seat

Thanks for that Rivers, good to know.
I’m afraid with shipping, taxes etc the cost for me in the Uk rises to a shade under$400
Just too expensive for me, so good luck to whoever gets this seat.
Thanks Rick for trying to make it happen.

Are my PM’s working?

When I send a PM I note they stay in my outbox, but not always my sent box. Yet I Get a message to say message delivered. Anyone know why that’s the case?
I’m not sure what’s going on there. Thanks.

Bicester Scramble - UK Was that you?

Hello

I attended the Bicester Scramble a couple of months and saw a lovely EFI Ural parked all on its own. Are you local to Bicester?

There is another scramble on the 5th Jan, I'll be taking my rig.

Anyone local to Bicester, Oxford, Brackley, Banbury out there?

Craig

Re: Vostok Motorcycle eBay seller

Or there is the 650 version.
Great things said about the company.
It’s just that where the products are made they concentrate on the older 650 models.
Wondered who has fitted them to a newer 750 and how much alterations needed?

Vostok Motorcycle eBay seller

Hello. The owner of this company on eBay sounds like a really good bloke. I have a 2016 750cc Tourist. Yet all his bumpers and adventure package is for the 650. Anyone ordered and fitted the 650 adventure bumpers, light protectors etc to a 750? How did they fit, any mods needed. How do they look. Pr...
