Ruger also has a PC Charger. You have a snow flakes chance in hell getting one in Ca.

I have a Ruger PC9 Chassis model. Added a compensator,extended mag. release, larger charge handle and a Sig Romeo 5 red dot. with the included mag adapter I use Glock happy sticks (would not be legal in Ca.)
They do sell a Ca. legal version.

Yep, that was a gem of a post. Took me about 10 min. to replace the cap and bingo, all is good.
