Re: 1999 650 to 750 swap out

Your 1999 650 has electric start off the flywheel, Keihin carbs, type 3 ignition. The new style driven clutch discs will fit. A 750 gear box will fit you case. These are all good points to stay with your engine and maybe rebuild it.

Re: Rt cylinder damage

What does the head look like? If there was something in there beating up the piston the head would also look pretty bad. Got any pictures?

Re: Rt cylinder damage

It use to happen more on the older bikes. Something came loose inside the air filter or on the throttle body and went into the piston area and made a mess. Usually a nut or washer. You should have found it when you took the head off. By chance did you work on your bike just before you went for your ...

Re: 650 bottom end question

I have the last of the new 650 crankshafts from the factory in stock. They have the same new style bearing on the big end of the rod as the 750 crankshaft which means they were assembled at the factory. I also have a few NOS standard crankshafts in stock. None of these crankshafts came from China. T...

Re: Valve head gaskets/ cylinder honing?

Did you have the butterfly and the slide open when you are checking the compression or is the carb off the bike? It should be up around 125 on both sides.

Do you have pricing on these? :deal: ...and are they sold individually or as a set? Oh... one other thing... thanks for continuing to support those of us who prefer our “analog” rigs... I have a complete write up on our web site (listed below) about the carburetors that we are offering. Curre...

I knew this question was going to come up. Yes, the newer float bowl will probably fit but they are not available separately.

There is also one feature that I keep forgetting to mention. All of our carburetors have a built in over flow drain tube th...

Gene is correct. They have not offered these parts for a long time but I do have the complete assembly in stock.

Hello Debbie
What stickers that were on a 2003 Wolf are still there 16 years later. It is hard to get good pictures of them but here they are.
