They tend to stay closer to civilization and just eat at restaurants and fast food. The book would make a good gift though.
For the most part I was able to keep up with them on the ural.

Ural sucks except,.....
Wanted to put this in ride reports but my phone broke so I did not get enough pictures to do so Went for an over night camp out with two friends one with a duel sport and one with some big adventure bike. I guess the whole purpose was to test out some 300 dollar sleeping bag one of them purchased fo...

Re: Dual battery
I also kick start my 2016 frequently
I seem to leave parking lights on and come back to a battery so low the electric starter wouldn’t even turn but it kicked just fine usually takes about 2-5 kicks.
Plus it looks cooler to kick start

Re: Rushed by a German Shepherd!!!
When I was a kid living in town with a leash law a dog would always attack me when riding my bike.
The owner would not do anything about it nor put it on a leash
I filled a spray bottle with formaldehyde and next dog charge at me was the dogs last charge at anyone .

Re: Gun scabbard, yes or no?
I lost a coyote yesterday my break open shotgun was folded in the trunk.
I’m getting a scabbard now so that won’t happen again

Re: Compressed Air Filtration - A Groj Question
On tug boats every 6 hours the air tank gets the water drained off of the tank manually this seems to keep the whole crew alive and the boat heading straight I don’t know about about tools though we rarely use the impact gun to change out a tire but so far the most basic filter has prevented a lot o...

Re: Compressed Air Filtration - A Groj Question
Me personally I wouldn’t worry much about filtering then your basic regulator filter
All the tug boats I’ve been on just have basic store bought filters and those compressors run for months at a time.

She doesn’t like me taking pics or posting pictures of her unless they are preapproved.
Trust me the only one that is number one in that pic is me
I’m feeling kinda cantankerous and I do really think the couch is comfortable sooooo

Convinced or well Mabey coerced the fiancé to be a ural pilot as I want to see what it’s like to ride in the sidecar Her first try she did ok next time we will focus on getting into second gear :) She goes in for her permit test pretty soon then just a few more weekends around an empty parking lot a...

Re: Canine Co-pilots
Your most loyal and appreciative buddy. Especially rescue. Pretty gal in those goggles. Just a FYI and unrelated to riding... there has been some pretty negative reports recently regarding the Seresto Flea & Tick collars over the last few days. Seizures and death, perhaps too much pesticide in them...

Re: Canine Co-pilots
First pic of “missy” riding around the yard.
She was a rescue dog from brookings Oregon and before that Oakland California .
I just remove the seat and she jumps in now or tries to jump in every time the the cover is off

Short woods drive
It was a very unusual sunny day on the Oregon coast so the fiancé and I decided to head up the closest paved logging road (blue ridge).
We eventually came out in the small town of Fairview and the rest of the ride is kinda fuzzy for some reason
