Seems like I can't remember things like I used to and I know that info is around here somewhere but it is way easyie to ask than to try to find that book .
The rig is pulling a little too much to the right now that my wife rides in the hack most of the time so which is it, toe in or lean in/out that I adjust and which way do I need to go to get a more neutral feel on the handlebars,??

You will want to check both when you start tweaking them, but I believe it is the toe-in.
