Rumors? C'mon, there are no rumors. Everyone knows for an absolute immutable fact that Senor Clark has been raising venture capital of $300 million to produce biodiesel-burning, fuel-injected Urals with TWO sidecars that will be manufactured in Berlin.

Joking aside though, it will be interesting to know what's been going on since the leadership change. My main understanding - seriously - had been that Clark was highly focused on improving the capital flow for IMZ, so they didn't have to rely on the "mafia finance rate" as much.
Cheers,
Anthony

The sad truth is that IMZ is, "very close to the hip" on information. IMHO they will continue to be a niche market product until they can get the needed capital to market themselves accordingly. Plus, they will have to rethink their production practices. It must be tough enough to sell a niche product and then have the customer wait to get it. So much for impulse buying. My hat goes off to the dealers out there. No one is getting rich out there selling Urals. The fact is as far as marketing Urals goes, we the owners are the best salesman.

Or the worst, depending on how we faired. Especially when or if we are treated badly by the dealers and IMZ.

That's the truth and the best case for any product, any brand, any market. Ural's got good customers - now it's sorting out the infrastructure. Increasing production, streamlining time to market, all that good stuff.
Cheers,
Anthony
