Folks
Just wanted to say I made a order with these folks a couple weeks ago.
http://www.soviet-power.com/
Package arrived in just under two weeks in perfect shape and they kept in touch me via e-mail too. Call me a happy customer. They carry some cool stuff there.
yeah, I might be addicted to brake fluid. But I can stop any time I want.

About 2 years ago, I ordered some filters from another Russian site. I was totally satisfied with my purchase, shipping time, communications, etc.

Then there was a noticeable volume increase in my email's spam folder, many from folks/gals, claiming to be in Russia. Have never opened or answered any of them....but they continue to come....latest one in this mornings mail box.

Hope all they have acquired is my email address.....makes me a bit leery of using a foreign website for parts again.
Current Rides:

I haven't suffered that issue yet. Thankfully AOL has good spam filters. I just ordered a soviet era gas mask. I use modern filters on them as they are handy when I spray paint. I like that many models of them have an inner lip on the eyepieces where you can put lenses. I save lenses from my old bifocals and trim them to fit inside the eye pieces. In this case the respirator was still very supple and had been very well stored. Valves still sealed perfectly too. Just needed a better filter.
Their service and the quick shipping impressed me.
